Holy crap! I have to chime in here and second michaelangelo's experience. I wanted to give these guys (or THIS guy? Could it be ONE guy??! Sure feels that way) some time to FINALLY reply, but he has not.

I ordered a pair on February 27th. The charge went through, but I have seen nothing and have received NO replies from several emails sent to this company of the past week. As has been mentioned by others in this thread, there is NO physical address or phone number provided (that did set a red flag waving in my head, but I ignored it). I Google the #### out of this company and have been unable to dig up additional contact info. Perhaps others are more resourceful? I'm sure that's the case.

And man, did I learn a harsh lesson today when I called up PayPal. They only process disputes for eBay transactions!! THE HORROR!! They say that they don't even have a phone number or anything for non - eBay companies! WTF??! That is UBSURD.

Anyway, I am really pissed off and out CAN$36.00!

DONT SEND MONEY TO THESE RIP-OFF MERCHANTS.

I bought a pair through their site on Feb 22, got confirmation same day. I've recieved nothing. I've emailed 9 times about tracking the merchandise and received no replies. I've since sent 200 more requests and now their mail box is jammed.... I guess they're just laughing at me.

That's it. We need to shut this ### down. How do we find out his hosting site? I ran a traceroute, and the page appears to originate from Australia. And, he's got a US post office box in New York. eBay has no phone number (???!), nor does Palm Gear who used to sell these (I find it hard to believe that they would not have a a number, but I asked).

Also, iLounge needs to put a big notice at the top of the review warning its readers of this company's behavior.

I bought a pair February 14th, received them and they worked great until my cat ate through the wires (my fault, I know). I bought a second pair on February 22nd, received confirmation of my payment through paypal, and then nothing despite 6 repeated attempts to contact them.

I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who just answered me today to say that they received no response after multiple attempts to communicate with them (big surprise). They did say that they would keep this complaint on file and warn anyone else who might inquire about them. I guess that's something...It stinks big time though, it sounds like these guys (this one guy?) made a lot of money and might be making more money still...
