To say that second-generation Apple TV accessories are few and far between would be a major understatement: the original Apple TV saw only a handful of third-party add-ons, and this is really only the second accessory we've seen that was designed specifically for the new version. H-Squared's tvTray ($30) is a glossy black plastic wall mounting bracket designed to hold the Apple TV somewhere other than in the typical entertainment center, enabling the device to be mounted with its back ports facing upwards -- or conceivably sideways, depending on how you use the included screws and wall taps. While the Apple TV's Infrared sensor will likely be facing away from direct exposure, enough light could radiate from Apple's Infrared-based Apple Remote to work anyway, and iOS devices can obviously use the free Remote application to control Apple TV over Wi-Fi, as well.
