Much like XtremeMac's earlier SportWrap cases for the iPod nano, Speck's new Active Sport Lite Armband includes two pieces - a soft neoprene case and a similarly soft, elastic and Velcro armband, which can be used together or separately. Assemble them and the armband - suited for arms 8- to 23-inches around - lets you work out or run with the nano strapped to your bicep; disassemble them and the nano becomes pocketable, with a bright orange Speck tag at the top and armband loop on the back. Integrated screen and Click Wheel protectors are included; only a hint of the nano's top and the headphone port on the bottom are left unprotected. At press time, this product was not yet listed on Speck's web site.
