Bluetrek's LostDog line generally strays from the norm, and Leather Cover for iPad 2 ($70) follows that lead. It's kind of a folio-style case, but offers far fewer protection than most. The leather is thick, soft, and textured, with really nice embossed cartoon dog images on the front and back. Unfortunately, all that holds the iPad 2 in place is a small folded over section of the leather on the far right edge; it runs all the way from top to bottom, and the tablet slides right in. Fold over the front cover and it can be used as a stand. It's not a terribly practical execution, but the outside does look pretty nice.
