The new Burton Shield Jacket with an integrated iPod system is perfect for riders who love music as much as they love two feet of fresh. The limited edition Shield Jacket features Burtons revolutionary iPod control system and an updated, flexible SOFTswitch control pad located on the sleeve to control the most recent edition of the Apple iPod. Simply press a button on your sleeve and poof the song changes. Its like magic. The iPod itself is stored safely in a specially designed, EVA molded chest pocket. Constructed with highly breathable, two-layer waterproof fabric, the Burton Shield jacket is machine washable when the iPod interface module is removed. Designed for performance in all terrains and conditions, the Shield is your friend whether youre ripping inbounds or ducking a rope. The Shield is armed with Entrant HB, a combination of a coating and a laminate for the watertight performance and increased breathability necessary to attack the worst situations imaginable.
