Though Japanese developer Caze's new Zero 8 ($30) looks a lot like most of the iPad 2 shells we've previously covered, the company has come up with an interesting and inexpensive way of dealing with the gap left between its plastic case and Apple's iPad Smart Cover. The 0.8mm hard plastic shell includes a piece of 3M film designed to cover the long hole left on the iPad 2's side, as well as screen film and a microfiber cleaning cloth -- given the price, these extras do make the case somewhat of a better value than other Smart Cover-ready designs we've seen. Four colors are available.
