Designed as an all-in-one charging, docking, and audio/video-out solution, Gear4's ProControl AV (£50/$82) comes with its own navigation-ready remote control, an austere black dock, power supply, and USB cable, plus adapters for different iPod models. The price point is designed to be lower than buying Apple's combined video and docking solution, however, you're limited to composite video output when using Gear4's included cable.
