Updated from an earlier version developed for the iPod and iPhone, Griffin's new PowerJolt Plus for iPad, iPhone and iPod ($30) is billed as a "car charger plus extra power outlet," capable of recharging an iPad, iPhone, or iPod at top speed while providing a pass-through port for a second, separate car charger. Users of Blackberries or other phones can thereby continue to use their separate car chargers alongside this one while guaranteeing that the iPad receives the full power it needs, using a non-detachable coiled power cord designed to provide additional cable length without clutter.
