Pitched as an edge protection solution for the iPad, Kensington's new BlackBelt ($40) is a thick silicone rubber ring that wraps around the top, bottom, and sides of 2010's iPad models, adding a grip plus shock and limited scratch protection. Holes in the sides provide port, speaker, microphone, and switch access, while button covers on the top and side offer play-through access to Sleep/Wake and volume controls.
