Not truly iPad specific but sized to hold either the iPad or a similarly small computer, Kensington's Sling Bag ($20) is nonetheless interesting because of its pricing and design, which offers guys a less purse-like carrying option for the iPad, accessories, and other, bigger items. The "iPad" compartment is a large padded interior pocket that's found alongside a big inner compartment and zippered pocket; there's an expanding outside zippered pocket, as well, with space for a mobile phone and a bunch of accessories. You can adjust the shoulder strap using Velcro to fit your shoulder and chest size.
