We're tempted to call it an iPod audio cable for the lazy or confused: Logic3's $25 (!) iPod to 3.5mm Stereo Cable basically adds a line-out minijack plug to the bottom of your iPod, blocking off its power charging capabilities and outputting line-level (high-volume) audio from its bottom. Using a cheap minijack to minijack cable with the iPod's headphone port will accomplish roughly the same thing at the right volume setting, without precluding your simultaneous use of a charger.
