Logiix Stylus Platinum
Logiix is one of the latest companies to release a pen and stylus combo for iPad users; its version is called Stylus Platinum ($30). Available with either a black or white barrel, it's composed of a standard ballpoint pen with a twist-to-expose mechanism for the pen tip. On the opposite end is a silver-colored capacitive rubber stylus that works just as you'd expect it to. The company includes two replacement black ink cartridges in each package.
