NLU Products BodyGuardz Dry Apply for iPhone 4 + iPod touch 4G

As an alternative to its previously-released "original" BodyGuardz protective body films, NLU Products has just launched BodyGuardz Dry Apply for iPhone 4 ($25), a version that doesn't require liquid during the application process, yet provides the same device coverage at the same price. Inside the package are two complete sets of body film, a device cleaning cloth, and an applicator card that's used to remove air bubbles; NLU twice emphasizes that you need to wash your hands before installation to avoid leaving fingerprints on the film. The company claims that installation takes only five minutes -- one-fourth the time of its wet product -- and that removal of the film won't leave residue. Updated October 20, 2010: Following the August 9 original posting of the iPhone 4 version of Dry Apply, NLU released an iPod touch 4G version with the same features, shown in the last of the photos below. A moist wipe has been added to clean your fingers prior to installation.
