Radtech Styloid 2.0 Soft-Tip Stylus for iPhone & iPod touch

Though Apple has pooh-poohed them, and we've previously expressed our relative lack of interest in iPhone and iPod touch styluses -- particularly ones that require more pressure than a fingertip to register gestures -- Radtech has joined the fray anyway with Styloid 2.0 ($15), an aluminum tube with a stainless steel shirt clip on one end and a foam pad at the other. Apply pressure to it and your iPhone or iPod touch screen and Styloid will act like a small finger for input purposes, just like previously released tube-and-foam styluses from Ten One Design and TouchPenSys. Users with long fingernails or a need to use the screen while wearing gloves may find Styloid to be useful; note that this is not one of the same Styloids that was introduced by the company in February of 2009, one of which split in half to reveal a second sharper tip inside, and the other with a second stainless steel element near its foam tip.
