Like the company's prior cases for the iPad and iPhone 3G/3GS, Substrata's new Wood Case for iPhone 4 ($110-$125) is made from solid wood with a microfiber lining, and features unusually-shaped front cutouts for the screen, front camera, and sensors, a two-piece design, and oversized holes for access to the ports and controls, enabling broader access while modestly reducing protection. Each case also comes with a wooden stand pack-in. More expensive versions use more deluxe woods in addition to the Padauk, Wenge, and Maple found in the basic $110 model.
