Surprising given its name, Lanyard for iPhone 4S/4 ($20) isn't a lanyard-style necklace or even a case with a lanyard -- it's a very simple hard plastic shell for the iPhone 4/4S with a soft plastic side hole for attachment of a lanyard or wriststrap you supply yourself. Sold in eight colors, Lanyard is packaged with headphone and Dock Connector port covers, screen film, and a cleaning cloth.
