UK-made iSprings come in a wide range of contrasting or matching colors and are quick and easy to fit - see the video fitting instructions on the site. They fit standard size symmetric Apple iPod earphones and many generic and third-party symmetric earphones. iSprings are light weight and comfortable to use (1/4 ounce a pair).
