Following a racing theme, XGear's latest iPhone 3G/3GS case Touge ($40) is a two-layer plastic shell with either black, red, or purple as a glossy rubber base color, and a faux carbon fiber hard plastic plate permanently attached to the back. Though we're not totally impressed by the bonding layer between the shell and the case, achieved with some obvious glue, they stay together well enough that there shouldn't be a problem during normal use; an included mirrored screen protector goes onto the front of your iPhone 3G or 3GS to provide substantial face coverage. You'll want to keep the cleaning cloth around to make sure the mirroring stays smudge-free.
