XtremeMac Microshield + Microshield Style for iPhone 4/4S

XtremeMac has introduced two new shell cases for the iPhone 4 and 4S. The first, called Microshield ($30), is as basic as a plastic shell comes -- it snaps around the back and sides of the phone, leaving the top and bottom edges fully open. This shell is noteworthy solely because it comes in a variety of metallic colors. Microshield Style ($25) stands out from the crowd a bit with animal-inspired coverings. It's available in two different snakeskins or one ostrich-leather texture -- all imitation animal products -- and feels pretty cool, but doesn't sport any other real noteworthy features. The case snaps on over the sides of your device, and in our preliminary testing was particularly difficult to remove. Both the top and bottom edges are fully exposed, and there's also an opening for the side switch and volume buttons.
