Saving an image in Safari on iOS

Run across an image you’d like to add to your collection while browsing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch? There’s a dead-simple way to save any image you find online to your Camera Roll. Simply tap and hold on the image, and choose Save Image from the menu that pops up. Just don’t go posting it on Instagram—after all, no one likes a cheater.

Hi there,
Is there a way to add a comment/information to a photo that I save from the web, with my iPad?  I would like to note on the photo either the website or something specific in the photo. (for example ; decorating photos in which I want to note the website so I can go back for further inspiration or even the reason I saved the photo because I’ve often gone back and thought “why did I save this?”)

Thanks so much!
