At North America’s largest robotics and automation event, FF unveiled the second half of its robotics lineup, including the All-New Futurist humanoid and the FF Faber industrial mobile manipulator series.
Faraday Future used Automate in Chicago on June 22, 2026 to make a much bigger statement about its robotics ambitions.

Just days after introducing the first half of its Full-Form FF EAI Robot World on June 16, the company returned with the second half of the lineup, completing what it describes as a six-series robotics ecosystem. The announcement brought together humanoids, quadruped robots, mobile manipulators, education devices, industrial robots, and a wider strategy built around Embodied AI.
Automate was an appropriate setting. As North America’s largest robotics and automation event, it gave Faraday Future a stage not just for product spectacle, but for industry positioning. The company is no longer speaking only to consumers, families, and educators. With this Chicago event, it is now making a more direct pitch to factories, warehouses, infrastructure operators, data centers, research institutions, and commercial robotics partners.
The company’s message was clear: FF is not trying to build one robot for one task. It is trying to build a full robotics world.
A Six-Series Robot Lineup Comes Together
The Chicago announcement completed the company’s six-series lineup across three major form factors.
On the humanoid side, FF’s lineup includes Futurist, Master, and Nova. On the quadruped side, it includes Aegis and Navi. The final piece introduced at Automate was Faber, the company’s mobile manipulator series.
That full-form strategy matters because Faraday Future is positioning its robots around a shared intelligence layer rather than isolated hardware platforms. The company calls this a “one brain, multiple forms” approach. In practice, that means the same underlying EAI Brain, based on VLA + World Model architecture, can be packaged into different robot bodies for different use cases.
Navi, introduced on June 16, is the accessible education quadruped robot priced under $2,000. At Automate, however, the focus shifted toward industrial deployment and professional robotics.
The All-New Futurist Gets Its Price
One of the headline announcements was the All-New Futurist, FF’s full-size humanoid robot designed as an all-in-one professional expert.
The robot stands about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 121 pounds, making it around 14% lighter than the previous generation. It features 31 degrees of freedom across the body, excluding the hands, along with a peak knee-joint torque of 320 N·m. Its new 1,152 Wh dual-battery system supports approximately six hours of continuous operation.
The All-New Futurist also natively supports NVIDIA Sonic’s full-body motion control system for humanoid robots. Faraday Future is positioning it as a research-ready platform for full-size humanoid motion control, particularly for academic robotics institutions and research teams working on papers, grants, and real-world humanoid applications.

The price: $89,900, including a premium Skills package valued at $10,000.
That price gives FF a clear talking point. The company is pitching the All-New Futurist as a high-performance humanoid platform with a price-performance ratio designed to attract research labs, universities, commercial robotics teams, and early institutional adopters.
Faber Brings the Industrial Ecosystem Into Focus
The most important Chicago launch may be FF Faber, the company’s industrial-grade EAI mobile manipulator series.
Faber is designed to combine the precision of fixed robotic arms, the mobility of autonomous mobile robots, and the flexible operation of humanoid systems. In other words, it is built to move through real facilities, reach workstations, manipulate objects, and perform specialized tasks without being bolted to one place.

The lineup includes three sub-models. Faber U is the advanced model, equipped with Thor AI compute, dual LiDAR, and a multi-camera sensing system. Faber T is aimed at power inspection, energy infrastructure, and data centers, including high-risk tasks such as operating electrical switches. Faber S offers the largest arm span and operating range, along with a full embodied-AI data collection toolchain.
With Faber, Faraday Future is opening the second major ecosystem for its robotics strategy: industry. The first was education. The second is deployment across factories, warehouses, inspection environments, logistics operations, equipment maintenance, and broader commercial services.
The bigger idea is that robots will not only perform work, but also generate real-world data that improves the EAI Brain over time. That gives FF a flywheel: deploy devices, collect operational data, improve intelligence, expand skills, and redeploy across more use cases.
Faraday Future also previewed an AIxC strategy focused on robot sharing, described as an “Uber + Turo” model for robotics. The goal is to turn robots from one-time hardware purchases into productive assets that can be shared, rented, redeployed, and monetized over longer life cycles.
For FF, the Chicago event was not just another launch. It was the moment the company connected its education strategy, industrial strategy, robot hardware, AI brain, and open developer platform into one larger robotics roadmap.
