There is a very specific kind of gadget that makes an everyday-carry person stop scrolling: the thing that looks like a prop, feels like a tool, and has enough buttons and modes to make the first five minutes with it genuinely entertaining. Olight’s newest ArkPro Ultra lands squarely in that zone. The company revealed an Amber Orange colorway at O-Fan Day 2026, and the finish gives its flat four-source flashlight a warm, almost industrial sci-fi look.
The orange is doing real work here. Olight developed a three-step OAL anodizing treatment that runs the body through anodizing, precision machining, and a second anodizing stage. The company says more than 100 parameter combinations were tested, with the final treatment delivering up to twice the scratch resistance of its standard color anodizing. That is good news for a gadget destined to share pocket space with the tiny metal objects that ruin pretty finishes.

Four powers, one selector dial
The ArkPro Ultra still has the feature mix that made the platform fun in the first place. Rotate the selector and you can move among Pure Flood, Spotlight, 365 nm UV, and a Class 3R green laser. Total output tops out at 1,700 lumens. Floodlight can hit 1,700 lumens, the spotlight reaches as far as 205 meters, and UV output climbs to 1,200 mW on high.
That turns a pocket flashlight into a surprisingly flexible little loadout. Flood is useful at a campsite, backstage, or during a blackout. Spotlight handles the “what is that all the way over there?” job. UV adds inspection possibilities, including fluorescent materials and certain leak-detection tasks. The green laser can handle pointing duties when a finger at the far side of a room is not cutting it.
The small design stuff is where it gets nerdy
Olight includes color-coded laser-etched indicators, a flat unibody design, a dual-direction clip, and both USB-C and MCC magnetic charging. ArkBeat also returns: activate the light and a soft pulse appears, with the color changing over time as you use the flashlight. It is essentially a tiny visual history baked into the hardware.

The whole thing measures 124 x 27 x 16 mm and weighs 120 grams, so this remains bag-and-pocket gear rather than a flashlight that needs its own holster. Olight says the Amber Orange ArkPro Ultra launches September 21 at 8:00 p.m. ET for $129.99.
The timing is also convenient for fall road trips, camping weekends, convention loadouts, and emergency-kit refreshes. A flat light with multiple sources is easy to justify when one weekend can involve finding gear in a dark trunk, checking a campsite after sunset, and digging through a hotel room without waking everyone else.
If your EDC drawer has been looking aggressively black, gray, and tactical lately, this one brings some actual color while keeping the serious hardware underneath.
Add it to the loadout
The Amber Orange option will live on Olight’s ArkPro Ultra product page alongside the rest of the lineup.
