Q: One day I changed my Screen Lock code, but now I can’t remember it so how do you change it back? I’ve tried everything… Help!

A: To bypass the Screen Lock when you’ve forgotten your secret code, simply connect the iPod to its home computer.
This will disable the Screen Lock, sync the iPod as usual, and enable you to access to the menu system once the iPod has been disconnected properly.
Then, simply redefine your Screen Lock code as usual.
