Wall charging iPod minis

Q: The 2nd Generation iPod mini only comes with the cables to connect to the computer via USB for charging, but I’d like to be able to charge from the mains (wall outlet) as well. What do I need to buy to do this? Do I have to buy a dock as well as the plug cable?

– Ellie

A: To charge from a wall outlet, purchasers of recent iPods must separately purchase the USB Power Adaptor from Apple, available here. This allows you to use your existing USB cable to charge from the wall socket.

The dock is not required.
