We’re already here at CES meeting with companies before the show even begins. Here’s a look at some new and upcoming products from STM, and an upcoming iPhone 6 battery pack from uNu.
STM’s Dux ($60) case returns for iPad Air 2. Similar to previous Dux cases with its clear polycarbonate back, STM has designed Dux specifically to fit Apple’s newest iPad Air. It comes in three colors, and is available now.
Dux ($60) is also now coming to MacBook.
The clear protective case with TPU edges is out now for 11″ MacBook Air models, with a 13″ edition coming by the end of January.
Trestle ($120) is a new bag from STM, slightly smaller than the company’s Drifter. Coming in graphite, blue, or camo, the backpack can fit a 13″ MacBook Pro comfortably, while offering additional storage for an iPad and other gear. It should be released in April.
Bowery ($100), also to be released in April, is a shoulder bag that can fit a tablet and a 13″ or 15″ MacBook.
Arc is a smaller case with a front pocket. Coming in different sizes, it will start at $40 for an 11″ MacBook Air. It’s also due to hit the market in April.
STM’s Sports Armband ($30) is out now for iPhone 5 or iPhone 6.
The armband has holes at the bottom and top for headphones, so it can be worn in different orientations, and a pocket on the back can store a key.
STM is also working on smart portable power to work within its bags for charging devices while on the go. Joey will come with USB and micro-USB ports for charging. The portable power system won’t be released separately; it’ll be released with select STM bags later this year.
uNu’s DX-6 ($80) iPhone 6 battery case will launch Tuesday, Jan. 6. The size of the iPhone 6 has allowed for a slightly thinner case design compared to past uNu battery cases.
