At CES, House of Marley debuted a new lineup of speakers with a focus on Bluetooth wireless technology, as well as a new “Rewind” fabric design composed of reclaimed hemp and organic cotton. The Marley booth tried to foster the relaxing, organic atmosphere its brand espouses as it showcased its Earth-friendly, cause-minded products line.

Legend in-ear headphones ($199) provide an attractive aluminum body with a wood accent, and use a balanced armature design for a smaller profile that still maintains high sound quality. A integrated Apple microphone and three-button controller is included along with a leather carrying case. Available: January 2013.

The Get Up Stand Up audio system ($349) now includes Bluetooth wireless audio streaming along with a USB power port for charging devices and a pair of auxiliary inputs for wired audio connections. The unique design features a custom-bent frame built from FSC-certified Birch wood with Walnut veneer and a recycled plastic enclosure. Available: Q2 2013.

The Bag of Riddim ($399) has received an update, providing the same design and features of the original while also adding Bluetooth streaming. The new version also includes the new REWIND upcycled fabric carry bag, and integrated aux input and a built-in USB port for charging other devices. Additional carry bag styles are available as optional accessories. Available: January 2013.

One Foundation ($799) is a premium speaker system made from sculpted oak wood, featuring AirPlay wireless streaming along with Toslink, SPDIF, RCA and two aux-in connections. A subwoofer output is provided along with a remote control. Available: Q3 2013.

The Buffalo Soldier headphones, which will retail at $99, are made of FSC certified wood, canvas and recyclable aluminum. A Marley representative said they are intended to create a better sound, lighter design at a reasonable price point.

    The Marley headphones options include the Stir It Up ($199), Redemption ($199), Riddim (starting at $159), Exodus ($149), and Harambe ($59), which are the newest, lightest option.

    The House of Marley has a selection of carryable speakers which are covered in the same Rewind fabric as the brand’s iconic bags, including Chant, for $59. The speakers are Bluetooth capable and the larger version, the Roots Rock ($199), is made of Rewind fabric with bamboo accents, with its own attached kickstand.
