Pebble, the smart watch announced in an exceptionally popular Kickstarter campaign, said at the 2013 CES that its first $150 phone-syncing watches will ship on Jan. 23. Pebble CEO Eric Migicovsky said at a press conference that watches for Kickstarter backers will ship out first, and with manufacturing underway at a pace of 15,000 watches per week, most pre-orders will be fulfilled within 6-8 weeks.
