Dropcam unveiled an improved edition of its iOS Wi-Fi camera, Dropcam Pro ($200). The new Dropcam boasts improved audio and video, among other features.
Dropcam Pro ($200) is a Wi-Fi video monitor and an update from the previous Dropcam. Pro boasts enhanced audio and video, in addition to a wider field of view — 130 degrees.
Dropcam claims the Dropcam Pro can learn from prior activities to learn which alerts a user wants to activate over time. A cloud recording subscription service is offered for $10 per month for 7-day recording, or $30 per month for 30-day recording.
