If you’ve got a lot of electronic devices to charge — and let’s face it, these days, who doesn’t? — then you’ll likely appreciate the problem that ChargeHub is trying to solve with its new ChargeHub X7 seven-port USB charging station. At about the size of a hockey puck, ChargeHub X7 provides a total of seven USB charging ports so that you can charge up your iPhone, iPad, AirPods, and more all in one central location.
ChargeHub includes a 48-watt power adapter with a six-foot cable, making it easier to find a convenient location to place it, and each port is capable of full 2.4-amp charging, although with only 8.8 amps of total power output available, you won’t be able to get high-speed charging for more than three devices at a time, but that won’t be an issue if you’re simply using it to charge devices overnight. Blue LEDs on the bottom of the hub provide what we thought was a cool look, although a switch on the rear allows these to be turned off if you prefer. In addition to the basic black model (shown), ChargeHub also has the X7 available in eight other color options, and the logo on the top is removable so that you an insert your own artwork, and ChargeHub even provides a web-based custom design studio on its site so you can create your own perfectly-fitted insert, along with a clear lens cover to place over it.
