Charles Aroutiounian AtmoBar

Weather nerds rejoice! Developer Charles Aroutiounian, who we last covered when he released his unofficial Hue app, is back at it again with AtmoBar ($3). The Mac app brings desktop compatibility to Netatmo’s Urban Weather Station, meaning you can see all the glorious details of what’s going on in the world of weather, right from your menu bar.

Download the app, and it’ll give you information such as temperature and humidity—both outdoor and indoor—plus altitude, indoor CO2 levels, indoor pressure, and sound level. It’ll also display daily graphs of that information, so you can track it over time. Of course you need to shell out for the Urban Weather Station; the app doesn’t work without it.
