While the Pushbullet iOS app has been out for almost a year now, it’s this week’s release of the Mac app that really brings the solution into its own. Combined with a nice iOS 8 flavored update, the Pushbullet solution allows for seamless universal sharing of clipboards between your iPhone/iPad and your Mac, allowing you to easily copy text on one device and paste it on another.

An iOS 8 Share Sheet lets you easily send just about anything that you can share over to Pushbullet on your Mac. Perhaps the coolest feature of all is that you can now see all of the notifications for your iOS device right on your Mac, eliminating the need to reach for your iPhone every time it beeps or buzzes.
