We’ve all been in the same situation: power strip full of plugs, one outlet left, charger’s too wide. Maybe, just maybe, you can rearrange and squeeze everything in, but chances are you’ll end up with a grinning port that just won’t take the plug. Thankfully, inventor Jake Zien has come up with Pivot Power ($30), which is now being sold by Quirky.
Rather than just positioning the ports in a straight line, Pivot Power has six outlets in an articulating row. Each is fully adjustable, so you can turn the strip into whatever shape you need. A six-foot long cord also helps to ensure that Pivot Power will go wherever you need it. Finding a place for your plug should never be a problem again.
