Apple has added Booking.com and Trip Advisor reviews to its Apple Maps app — previously, Apple Maps relied solely on Yelp for business reviews. Incorporation of Booking and Trip Advisor is still limited — only one of the three review providers is visible for any one business within Maps, with no clear way to determine which source you’ll be getting.
And there’s no way to swap between review providers within the app. However, the addition of Booking seems to add more information about international destinations.
Apple hasn’t commented on the additions and still lists Yelp as its sole review provider. [via 9to5Mac]
