Apple has announced a new Apple Pay deal with credit card processing firm PayAnywhere, CNBC reports. The new arrangement allows Apple Pay to be accepted at any PayAnywhere credit card reader — currently in place in More than 300,000 locations throughout the U.S.
As part of the deal, Apple will also become the exclusive seller for the newest version of the PayAnywhere reader in its retail stores. To promote the new deal, PayAnywhere is also offering no processing fees for the first $5,000 in Apple Pay transactions for new users.
