Evernote has released an update to its universal iOS app adding a Retina Display optimized interface for the third-generation iPad as well as several other general UI and editing improvements. Evernote 4.1.9 expands upon the automatic note titling introduced in the prior version by allowing users to now view a list of suggested note titles that refine as users type their own title. The update also provides significant improvements to text editing on the iPad including indentation support for checkboxes and automatic checkbox formatting on new lines in a checklist. The latest version also includes a number of bug fixes and stability and performance improvements. Evernote 4.1.9 is available from the App Store as a free download.
