Google has announced that it plans to roll out an improved search experience for users of the iPad and Android 3.1 tablets. According to a post on the comapny’s Mobile Blog, the revised service offers a simplified layout of search results, larger page contents like text, buttons, and other touch targets, a search button below the search box for quick access to specific categories of results like Images, Videos, Places, etc., and improved images results, with enlarged previews, continuous scrolling and faster loading of image thumbnails.
