Hard Candy Cases has taken the wraps off its new Squish Skin case for the Apple iPad. Modeled after Nintendo’s Wii remote cases, the Squish Skin is a form-fitting silicone case augmented by air-filled chambers that provide added impact protection. In addition, it offers cut-outs for full access to all ports, controls, the display, and speakers, and comes in six different colors. Hard Candy’s Squish Skin case for the iPad is now available for pre-order for $40, and is expected to ship May 18.
