In its first release since being acquired by Hubbell, iDevices has introduced its Dimmer Switch, featuring customizable dimming and LED night light functions. The device can operate without a hub and be controlled through its own app or with Siri, providing in-app dim range settings designed to prevent low-level bulb flicker and the ability to remember the setting from when the light was last turned off. The Dimmer Switch — available on iDevice’s website for $100 — can be installed like a traditional wall switch and is compatible with single pole, three- and four-way setups with no extra wiring needed.
