Apple’s iPhone has been found to infringe three patents from MobileMedia Ideas, according to a Bloomberg News tweet. A U.S.
court made the ruling today. The patents are related to automatic screen rotation, Apple Insider reports. Apple attempted to persuade the court to dismiss the case last month, but was denied.
MobileMedia Ideas, which is jointly owned by Sony, Nokia, and MPEG LA, owns “more than 300 patents worldwide,” according to its website.
