Readability has released an update to its iOS app with significant improvements to syncing performance, integrated third-party reading lists and YouTube and Vimeo support. Readability 1.1 now includes reading lists from both Top Reads and Longform Picks to help users discover new content along with a time-to-read display to help users choose the appropriate content for their reading preferences. A new double-tap action allows users to intelligently page up or down while reading and users can also now watch YouTube and Vimeo videos directly within the app, both for individual video links as well as videos embedded in articles. Readability is a universal app requiring iOS 4.2 or later and is available from the App Store as a free download.
