Campbell has been with Apple since 1983, and is behind only Steve Jobs and Mike Markkula in length of tenure on the board.
Wagner co-founded BlackRock, an asset management company, where she served in various roles including vice-chairman.
She’s on the board of several companies, including BlackRock, DSP BlackRock, Swiss Re, Wellesley College, and Hackley School. “Sue is a pioneer in the financial industry and we are excited to welcome her to Apple’s board of directors,” Tim Cook said in Apple’s press release.
