Gameloft has released an update to its iOS adaptation of the classic UNO card game adding a new online multiplayer mode. The new version allows players to challenge others from around the world, winning games and completing challenges to increase their experience level and score. Several multiplayer rooms are available for players at each experience level ranging from Beginner to Champion and users can track their scores over time on new online national and international leaderboards. The new multiplayer mode adds several other new features including bonus power-ups, clover leaves and new backgrounds that allow users to personalize their games. UNO is currently available from the App Store for $1 in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the original UNO card game.
