Incipio has introduced a number of new cases for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, including Haven and Reprieve Sport. We received Haven for iPhone 7 ($35) and Reprieve Sport ($40) for iPhone 7 Plus. Haven is a translucent co-molded case with a “suspension padded interior” — basically a series of small ridges lining the inner back of the case.
Reprieve Sport is a polycarbonate case with extended corners for added shock absorption. Both cases come in a variety of color options, and while we’re only reviewing Haven for iPhone 7 and Reprieve Sport for iPhone 7 Plus, both cases are available for both new iPhones.
Haven is a pretty typical co-molded case. It fits perfectly and has proper button coverage.
Reprieve Sport is a nice case, too, with similar positives. However, it’s also extremely slick. Perhaps the larger iPhone 7 Plus accentuates just how slippery the case is, but it definitely feels like Reprieve Sport is more likely to slide out of your hand than most cases.
