Adding to its Smart Feather family of cases for the iPad 2, Incipio has debuted LGND Smart Feather ($40), a new offering that will be available at the end of this month. The basic concept is the same — it’s a Smart Cover-compatible shell — but instead of just plastic, this one is accented with a pad of leather on the back.
This time, the company was more thorough with coverage along the bottom edge, now covering almost all of the iPad 2’s body, even including a grate over the speaker, though the top is still just as exposed as it was with the previous version. LGND Smart Feather will be available in black/black and brown/black configurations.
