First Look: Incipio Tek-nical for iPad


Just unveiled by Incipio is Tek-nical ($35), a sleeve-style case for the iPad with briefcase-style handles and twin charger/accessory pockets on the front and back. Tek-nical uses ballistic nylon for its handles, pockets, and sides, neoprene for the rest of the exterior, and a lightly padded vinyl/memory foam interior. Black and olive green versions are available.

It’s just—just—large enough to hold the iPad, and could use a little extra space for its zippers, but Tek-Nical is a nice little briefcase with the ability to passively hold accessories in its pockets. We can’t see the form factor becoming hugely popular, but this isn’t bad.
