First Look: JAVOedge Sleeve Case for Apple iPad

    Sold under the name Sleeve Case ($35), these sleeve-style cases from JAVOedge features a magnetic side clasp to hold an iPad inside what is essentially a cardboard-backed folder with either vinyl or fabric covering and elastic connectors on the top and bottom iPad edges. Open corners provide access to the iPad’s headphone port, Sleep/Wake button, and one of its speaker grilles — each for better or worse — and the vinyl version (“Fiber Sleeve Case”) looks sort of like carbon fiber. JAVOedge hides the magnets inside the tab and body so they won’t scratch the iPad.
