One of the most sought-after iPod collectibles in the U.S. is iKub, an iPod stand released only in Japan, and designed to match the classic look of white full-sized iPods. Each iKub – named for Medicom’s Kubrick action figures – comes with a tray to hold your iPod, slotted to permit connection of a Dock Connector cable, and a large posable Lego-like character. He can either stand or sit, and his arms lift your Pod a bit above ground level. Three iLounge editors have these, but we’re not selling: look on eBay if your interest is piqued. Bear-shaped and colored iPod mini versions ([email protected]) were released later.
