Punny name aside, Ciderz ($20-$30) borrows the concept of Apple’s Bumpers for iPhone 4 and makes a few changes.
First, the plastic and rubber ring has seen those elements rearranged a bit to promote insertion through Ciderz’ more rubbery rear side, which also includes a larger headphone port opening and a Dock Connector port design that is made to be “compatible with most third-party chargers.” Metallic button covers have been replaced by plastic, and nine different color combinations are available.
While the base $20 model includes only the central frame, a $30 version comes packaged with BodyGuardz Dry Apply screen and rear film for the iPhone 4 so that most of the device is protected — something that isn’t possible with Apple’s Bumpers.
