Best known for its paper box art speakers, OrigAudio has moved into iPhone and iPad mount designs with the iLevel Raptor and iLevel Viewer series ($30+), separate mounts that blend together three parts: an oversized clip-style table clamp, an iPad- or smaller iPod/iPhone device mount, and a flexible 8″, snake-like plastic and metal arm that creaks as you change its position to your desired angle.
Whereas the iLevel Raptor iPod/iPhone mount is from Arkon and accommodates devices inside or outside of cases, the iPad version iLevel Viewer is a ProClip part designed only to hold an unencased iPad, and then without any padding inside the mount.
The clips have rubber linings to avoid rubbing directly against the tables they’re grabbing.
