First Look: Power Support HD Anti-Glare Film for iPad 2

As the sequel to last year’s Anti-Glare Film for iPad, Power Support’s new HD Anti-Glare Film for iPad 2 ($35) has jumped $10 in price from the prior version without gaining any pack-ins or other frills — the cardboard shipping sleeve contains only a single sheet of film, and instructions on how to install it.

On the plus side, the HD Anti-Glare Film remains top-notch — perfectly tailored to the iPad 2’s screen as the last one was for the iPad, and with the lowest overall prismatic distortion of the anti-glare films we’ve tested.

On the other hand, there’s no obvious difference between the “HD” and non-HD films, and the price is now considerably higher than the extremely similar Ultra Fine anti-glare film sold by United SGP, which is bundled with a squeegee and cleaning cloth.
